I'm too lazy to search and provide you with a link, but I know that there are at least a couple vga adapers out there for xbox.

I don't think any of them are made by MS though, if that was your question.

If the VGA connection on your tv is capable of translating YPrPb Component inputs then you just need to buy a VGA-Component breakout cable. That is what I use for my projector, which also just has a VGA connection but translates YPrPb signals.

Do a search on google or check out these:
AVCable (http://www.avcable.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=avcable&Product_Code=SVGAB3&Category_Code=VGA)
Bluejeanscable (http://www.bluejeanscable.com/store/component/vgatocomponent.htm)
CRTcinema (http://www.crtcinema.com/store/?page=shop/flypage&product_id=188&category_id=a121cba0d8ea8e04957fa7dc7e0bd607)

Otherwise you will need the VGA adaptor.
