PSO not remembering what i have beated

ok i have this little problem with pso for xbox it is not remembering that i have beated the caves,mines ,i beat those and then exit the game by saving it after those are completed then when i come back to beat the ruins
it shows i can only go to forest 1,cave 1 so i have to go and beat them again,is there something i have to do or is my game buggy my friend has the same issue,i remember that my dreamcast version remembered each one after i had beated it

you hafto beet the levels offline first then after u save they will be available online to play, i ran into the same problem in my days of pso.

I assume your going to the Principal after beating each boss? If not, that would help.
