Amped Questions - Should I buy?

In amped, is it a racing game against computer players, or just freestyle, do tricks to advance in levels type of game?

Just trying to narrow down between the games I buy next :P

its freestyle. you get more tricks as you complete more levels. its a good game ,you should buy it. if youre into racing, then get ssx tricky
