Well, I have had troubles with Amped 2 since I got it, figured it was the disc, so I brought it back and got a new copy. The problems persisted, and even occured more often in the second copy.
What my problems were, was sudden and random stalling of the gameplay, whether it be in the menus, or during play. The only explanation I could come up with was that the songs on the disc were screwed up.
After I got my second copy, I called up 1-800-4-my-xbox, they solved me problem!
What it was, is that I was playing a single player game with the second player controller. I figured that wouldn't matter, becuase it still allows you to control the game from any controller port. Well, I was wrong. So make sure that you are using the controller in the first controller port while playing single player or live.
