Gamespot.com points out that Microsoft has announced that it will be releasing the second batch of games to its Xbox World Collection series in Japan. The collection consists of English-language titles packaged with a Japanese manual. While the games are have no Japanese dialogue or subtitles, they carry a price of only 4,800 yen ($43.89), some 1,000-2,000 yen ($9-18) less than average games sold in Japan.

Four titles are scheduled for release in the second batch of the Xbox World Collection: Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds, The Simpsons Hit & Run, Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Tides of War, and Wakeboarding Unleashed featuring Shaun Murray. The titles will be released on December 25.

I want to go to Japan someday...oh wait...this is about Xbox games.

I think that the games should be released in Japanese, since they are released in Japan. That way more people will buy them. But if they're in English, I don't they will be so popular. Microsoft should still strongly concentrate on their Japanese market.
