Can i use 2 Live headsets on 1 Xbox Live account. meaning 2 headsets and the connectors that go into the controllers.

No, the xbox controller only supports 1 memory card slot and 1 xbox live headset slot. BUT you can get spliters for the actaul headsets, there cheap and you can have about 2-3 hooked up on 1 connector w/o bad quality of sound. (ps: you can also use cell phone headsets on XBL headset connectors)

well what if it put that extra headset in another controller?

No you can't. You can only use one headset per acount.

Theres actual companies out there that specialize in these types of splitters for exactly this kind of reason. Of course you can always make one if you know how or probably even buy it. Also not only do cell phone sets work but certain headsets made for cordless phones work too. In the end the quality isnt as good as the official live headset though.
