"Going to"? Dude it's been out for a while now. Or havne't you picked it up yet?

On a 1-100 scale, I give it a 94. This is based solely on Xbox Live play since I've only finished the first level of campaign. It loses points because the M8 .50 caliber is unbalancing and can take a lot of fun out of games on Ubiservers. If they patch that gun, it gets a 99 or 100. I wish the "professional" dedicated servers would forbid the M8. Heck the Xservers even allow grenade launchers!

You can defeat grenade launchers if you're good with just grenades. Also, I think the reason the X servers allow the launchers is to test their own servers for future usage (read Halo2). :wink:

As for my score on this game, definetly around a 98. Again, like Peepers, solely on Live play, but damn, you can't go wrong when you get good players all going against each other and everyone working together with very little lag!:cheers:

Yeah this game is definetely in the high 90's. I dont even get lag on the game. But then again I onyl play in Ubi Servers. The only problem I have is on certain boards my dics spins too damn much and basically freezes me up. But then again I have a first generation Xbox.

I have a launch box HNIC, and I have no troubles. I think it just depends on which ones you got though. I've heard of a lot of people having those issues lately.

Right. It's not that all launch Xboxes are defective--most aren't. But as a matter of quality contol, launch boxes seem to have a much higher defection rate.

That's pretty much with any system though. PS2 still has difficulties with their boxes, but more so with the launch ones.

The first wave of any manufactured good almost always has a higher rate of defection. The machines are not as finely tuned. Some design flaws inherent to version 1.0 still are still pervasive, the labor force isn't as skilled, and diagnostic tests for quality controll still need ajustment.

I would say a 9.2 because only thing is the surrounding graphics arent the best and i would like some more equal weapons, instead of people using the same 2 maybe even 3 guns only.

Excluding the evil M8, here are just a few of the weapons that are very commonly used by good players.

1. G3A3
2. M-16A2
3. L85A1
4. G36C
5. FAMAS G2
6. M4
7. M60
8. AK-47
9. IMI TAR-21
10. PSG-1

All of these weapons are commonly used by good players on multiple maps, and there are more that I can't think of at the moment. I'd say that there is an excellent selection of good guns in RS3--certainly more than GR or RTCW had to offer in their multiplayer versions.

I give this game a straight 9.0. The reason why I docked the score down is because the games single player is to linear, and rather straight forward. Also, the games textures are all in low resolution. This makes the game look quite ugly in some aspects. Other than those minor complaints, Rainbow Six 3 is an amazing game.

i dunno what youre talking about... when i play theres always a good variety of guns being used
