Azurik - earth realm help

Good morning to you lifesavers.

I bought my wife an xbox for christmas, along with a few games including Azurik.

She is stuck in the earth level. She obtained two keys and started the conveyer belt. Now she is stuck, she has ridden the belt everywhere she can think of and gets nowhere. She can't find the keys needed for the drill underground, and no luck with the green block.....

Help! please, suppers have been nonexistent lately and not likely to improve until she can find the earth power.

Thanks. I went to the site suggested and it appears to be another message board. I went through the messages and found one that spoke of using the teleporter to get to the fire wall. She has already been to the teleporter a number of times and it does not work. Are we missing something? Also, is that the site you were referring to? A message board? Is there a walk through on the site that we are missing?

Try to search in the message board " Azurik FAQ ", they will explain all the puzzles, tricks, discs fragments and others strategies to pass the game easily. Try not to visit the page daily, try first to solve the puzzle by yourself, that will be more fun to play the game...

In reading the FAQ it would seem that the second earth element is in the Earth realm.....well, she doesn't have the first earth element yet, but she can't find a way out of the desert realm,...the bucket is gone, it is up above, and there doesn't seem to be any way out of the realm.....how do you get out of the desert realm when the basket/bucket is sitting 20 feet up?

Did you have the first air Element ? If you have this, try to fly to the bucket : this seem is impossible but you can do it with force.

Thanks for all your assistance so far shadow, but nothing is working. The FAQ talks about getting up onto a platform in a cave. Using the air power. She only has the first level air, and try as she might, the air power only lasts for one beat of the wings and it is not enough to get onto the platform. Similarly, the one beat of the wings is no where near enough to get up to the bucket.

Any other thoughts?

Ok, let see. Try to run, jump and fly. I have do it myself and it's working. Try as many times you can because this is the only way to go through out the desert. After a while, i am sure you could do it like me.
