Halo 2, Doom III, Half Life 2???

Does anyone know whats been going on with Halo 2, Doom III, and Half Life 2. Is there any current news on their progression? Any news would help, thank you much!

Ok lets see here...

Halo 2 was scheduled for a release of quarter 2 of 2004...But ive heard a few rumors that its now indefinite as to when its coming out.

Doom 3 and Half Life 2 both are projected for 2004...I heard Half Life 2 may not be out til' christmas 2004 and Doom 3 out 2nd or 3rd quarter...

In Short...No one knows for sure.:p

Thanks, but I was just wondering if there are any new screens or articles relating to the developement of the games. It seems news about the three have been dead since E3. If you can find some interesting news just post a link, thanks again.

I'll probably still play on XBC too. Better players, no stupid voices inside my head, and probably less lag. I hope you'll be able to ping servers once Halo 2 comes out.

i've seen the release date for halo 2 as being april 1 (ironic). i saw that best buy sold a halo 2 demo on the day after thanksgiving sales. i don't really know any news on doom 3 or half-life 2, besides seeing like a 25 min. video on half-life 2 that was amazing.

yeah, that's the only reason i see half-life 2 and doom 3 coming out for xbox. it's probably the only one that can handle the graphic capabilities of the games (though it won't even touch the capabilities of pc). i know i'm speaking blasphemy, but half-life 2 and doom 3 will give halo 2 a run for its money. i'll buy them all, but i know that halo 2 will be my favorite, without question. i know people that have already pre-ordered halo 2, and i'm sure i'll be follow soon.

10$ says all of these games will be delayed and wont come out in their scheduled dates. But anyway, as far as I know all of these games have Multiplayer support, so that probably means XBC/XBL is on in all of them.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy them all no matter what. (Unless they get reeeeeeeeeeally bad reviews :yikes: )

What, everyone i no is getting Live when H2 comes out. Yes, XBC will have ppl, but not as many. The stupid voices wont be stupid. I mean, when u are in the other teams base and you are thinkin BRING ME THE WARTHOG!!! , now you can tell them.!!!! The lag will be less on Xbox live than on XBC, and thats a fact. Not sayin XBC is bad, cuz i love it... Im just stating facts..

I think that even thoguh im a huge halo fan, half-life 2 will be equal if not better than it. ValvE (or however you spell it) has spent many years of time and many millions of dollars designing half life 2, i have looked into it much and looks really sick. Dont get me wrong, ive seen lots of movies abut halo2 and it looks just as cool. i cant wait for both
