since i finally went 1.00 today, i have decied to make a club

this thread will be a place were you can set up some matches against the elite of XBA

welcome to the club :D

I'm at 800 or so kills and my ratio has been floating around the 1.2 mark constantly. I'm good but I'm only as good as the team I'm playing with. Nothing you can do about being shot in the back of the head...

im working my way towards 2.0 now. right now i think im on 1.60 cummulative. (1.89 for monthly, 2.18 for weekly) i was at 1.40 earlier this week and when i switched to the famas, i started to get mad kills. this got my elo up to 1614 now and hopefully i can keep my elo that high consistently.

yeah man that larry flynt was crazy the other day... ive played with him before and he wasnt like that but at the airport he was ownin and gettin 6 kills every round... good thing i played you and skoot after and got my ratio goin :D

u know, i think there something wrong with ubiserv12, yes number 12, bc 2 nights ago when i joined that server, there was some guy named hero of darkness that had an elo of 4,000 something but his kill death ratio was .88 i dunno how he got that high score. then an hour or two later, i joined the same server ubi #12 and there was a different dude that had an elo of 4,800 something, but with a kill death ratio of .80. something is not right, but they seem to be cheating some how.

I betcha they're cheating. It's hard to imagine how the server could do that, but with ELO, anything's possible!:p

thats like a guy i played with a 1.3 ratio and 6684 ELO... i wasnt buyin the excuse that he got 1 or 2 kills without dying for a week straight

i think those kind of ppl have 2 xboxs and they would use their free trial account. im not sure how that works, but if i had another xbox, i would give it a try to see if it works or not. im just dying to find out how they got their elos up so high. and no, i wouldnt do that to get my elo that high if there was a way.

I got a Elo of .92 so take that. I should be higher. Mine was at 1.7 but a few nights i would stay in a server and keep getting killed, alot of team killing. But i average out a kill or 2 a match.

i've played most of the dedicated ubis and the only one i've had a problem with is ubisver04.....it lagz, for serious my nikkas

and btw, my kill/death is 2.69....i hit 4000 kills this weekend

not having to look for good hosts make playing r6 a pleasure

Well im always playing with elite people (G-unit, some of the DDC and others on ubiservers) and my ratio has been getting better. Im crawling my way to a 2.00. I think im at 1.79, but my weekly is always above 2.00. That must mean im getting better.... :eek:

Damn, I haven't played in about a week and a half. I'm sure I'm just where I left off, around .8 and getting better. Damn that week of playing after getting used to the M98! They should have never made that gun!:cuss:

pffft, my weekly is 3.12 i think.

try the famas. i ditched the g3a3 and went to famas. i started to get mad kills. i had my elo up at 1695 until i joined a server and was droped back down to 1100 (u know how that works) then when i was playing my first game, the server crashed and i was stuck with 1100. there i was so ****ing pissed but i managed to get my elo back up to 1590. i think i found a secret to an high elo. i was playing this dude today that had an elo of 3000 and he was only using his pistol to kill ppl. when he kills like 3 ppl with the pistol and stays alive, his elo moves up by more than 50-60 points. gotta try that to see if it works.

No, 1.0 isn't elite. It's just good, or better than average. It shows that most of the time you play, you actually serve some purpose.

What is leet? Here's the way I look at it:

0.00-0.25: Laughably bad.
0.26-0.50: Bad, but you at least know how to use a controller.
0.51-0.75: Bad, but it won't be immediately obvious to everyone.
0.76-0.85: OK, you're starting to get into the average range.
0.86-0.94: Statistically identical to a 1.00, you're a decent player.
0.95-1.05: Same as above but you don't get mocked.
1.06-1.15: Same as above but you get some respect.
1.16-1.25: Your skills are apparent; you're slightly above average.
1.26-1.35: You're quite good.
1.36-1.49: You're braggably good.
1.50-1.74: Almost elite.
1.75-1.99: Borderline elite, you're "elite" when you get on a role.
2.00-2.25: Elite.
2.26-2.50: Undeniably elite.
2.51-2.99: Awesome.
3.00----->: You are an elite among elites, or a cheater.

That would put my overall ratio in the average range, and my ratio for last week would be in the "braggably good" range.

Obviously, my designations are completely arbitrary.

Yeah mine is 2.11 right now i think. I've had it at very close to 2.50 at one point but all these new games came out (like PGR2). As for ELO, well I don't really care about it, i'm all about the accumulative points, like what your Kill to Death is all about. i just reached the 1000 Kill to Death so i'm pretty pleased.

And those pistol/grenade ideas are good points, we'll have to see.

Aside from showing weekly and monthly stats, I don't think they ever get reset. I haven't read anything about this, it's just my speculation. It might be cool if they reset every year or something, or if after one year it dropped your first month from your totals.

the elo is crap, so don't even worry about it. the other night some guy came in with an elo of about 6,000. None of us could figureit out because he sucked donkey nuts. But, then we told him to do the shield code and he logged out. About a minute later he came back p1ssed off (we were all laughing at him) but this time his elo was like 1200. Basically, there is a glitch or something that screws up the elo system. The people aren't cheating or anything, they just get caught up in that glitch/bug/whatever.

and screw the kill/death ratio. mine is like 1.35 but half of the time I am screwing around with the cheapest gun on the game cause it is hella funny to kill people with it. I play mostly with people that don't care about their ratios. No camping + balls out playing = a game worth my money.

This is just a game people. You can't have bragging rights for your kill ratio cause it is only a video game. Nobody really cares if you are good or not. Just have fun with it and let the chips fall where they may.

and don't camp to get your elo/kill ratio up. that is just pathetic.

Yeah my elo is like 1.4+ Im sure. I can start off a week and be like 3+ or 2+ and then I just ge raped for a for a few maps. I dont know if Im playing too long, being too aggressive or what?

Its weird cuz when I am on.... I am on. I dont think there are a lot of people that can **** with me. But when Im ****ty Im the first damn person out that round and I get beat by the sorriest ****er in the room. Its like hit or miss with me.

I have been switching up my gun a little bit too. I like that Tar-21. Its nice up close whats the G3A3 and other nice long range rifles lack. So I think if I can master that or the M4 Im gonna be sicker than a cancer patient.

uh duh. really? that is why i screw around with the cheapest weapons. Conquering people isn't too hard in this game with the G3A3 or whatever but try to do it with the mac. I like to be challenged as well and there is nothing more challenging than walking into a gunfight with a pea shooter.

And I wasn't referring to the G3A3 as the cheap weapon. I was referring to the mac. it is the worst primary weapon to fight with but makes the game more difficult.

LOL! think I suck eh? Ask anyone who has played me online and they'll tell you that I am well above average. Not great, but pretty damn far from sucking.

And there is always someone in a server who is a hard camper trying to keep a good kill/death ratio. I played with the clown that was ranked number 1 a couple of weeks ago and all he did was sit in a window scoping out.
