Im pretty sure that release date is wrong. I havent heard anything about it anywhere else. Its probably a projected release date when it was originally announced.

Dynasty Warriors 4 $29.99
Otogi: Myth of Demons $31.99
Project Gotham Racing 2 $39.99
Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando $31.99

Not a damn thing. Was at Circuit City, and their deals were pretty poor. Some of the free things were nice, but I own better stuff, so would have just been a waste of time to pick it up and send the rebate in.

The dvd player almost got me till I looked at it. $39 sounds good, but considering it retails for $49, I'd rather wait and use my xbox for 'em till I buy my HDTV.

The $299 or $199 32" was promising, but my 27" Phillips beats it in everything but price.

As far as the HD's, the only really mentionable deals I saw were on TV's that were out of my range anyway. The set I'm looking at was only like $50 or $75 off. When I'm looking to spend that much dough, that discount doesn't mean much. Oh well.

I went out after lunch and got one of those controllers with the 2.6" LCDs and the little speakers for $50 (retail is $100) at CompUSA. It is really cool since I can play Xbox now while my wife watches ER and all those other women shows.

Also picked up Pikman, Star Fox, Project Gotham 1 and Splinter Cell for $45 for the lot at EB.

Great freakin deals for a late shopper if you ask me.

EB also had a trade in 4 Xbox games and get Halo 2 for $9.99 (pre-order) deal I might take advantage of. They had some pretty sweet deals that are good still today.

Game Informer put Febuary 2004 on their report for the PS2 and Xbox versions.

As for my day. I picked up Counter-Strike and Grand Theft Auto: Double Pack for $39.99 each (%20 all games at Mejiers)
And Tiger Woods 2003 for $23.99 for my Brother. (Yes it was a rip-off, but my mom didnt want to goto another store to save $5)

I just bought Syberia for 35 bucks at video gallery because i want a game to hold me over till christmas and i don't have any true adventure games so this looked good. I think it is pretty good not bad graphics, sound but gameplay is not the most exciting. I still like it though.

After waiting outside from about 5:30 til 6:00 in the rain and wind (it was about 40 out), I grabbed Rainbow Six 3 for $50 with free $10 gift card, a DVD player for $20 (after rebate) and a 52" projection television at Best Buy. Then I hit Staples and got a computer chair and desk for my wife for $40 each and picked up 256MB DDR RAM for $30 (after rebate).

I was able to go to Walmart and get two moutnain bikes 26 inch for 40 bucks. circuit city was able to get 4 dvd plaers for 30 bucks each. The only problem when I went to circuit city, the damn system kept going down. so we were in line for 2 hours.

Have I mentioned that I hate all of you.

Try living in Northern Ontario. The only places I can buy games here is Zellers and Wal Mart. So all of those deals you guys talk about sound sweet, but I don't quite have anything that compares.

The only deal I got was I got Dr. Muto for $25.

I am considering starting to do some interent shopping. I just have to sneak the credit card away from my wife and all will be good.
