You guys realize its just a cell phone wireless headset and cuz the celll phones have the same size jack it fits.

Well, if it's made specifically FOR the XBox, then $50 isn't too bad when you consider that a corded headset by itself retails for $30.

Pretty much. It's nothing new and was originally intended for cell phones.

I mean I used to have one for my phone a year ago :p It's an ok product, but here's the flaw.... battery life. It's only good for about an hour or so, after which you have to connect the headset to the dongle in order to recharge it.

It's comfortable and the sound is very clear but for the price and amount of time you get from the battery....eh. If anything just hit up ebay and search for "Jabra freespeak" or go to www.jabra.com

Personally, I'd wait for MS to come out with their own wireless controller and headset. Considering how they implemented Bluetooth technology for some of their pc products, why not xbox?

edit - sorry, made a mistake on battery life. You should be able to get a little under 2hrs of talk time.

here's an alternative for a little cheaper. Plantronics (http://www.circuitcity.com/detail.jsp?c=1&b=g&catoid=-9923&qp=0369836913669&bookmark=bookmark_8&oid=62957), it works the same way. Not sure how comfy it is though.
