I assume you're talking about analog TV's. Yes, most do (but not all) have s-video inputs. Some have component.

I have a 36" Toshiba TV that has S-Video. I strongly recommend buying one that atleast has S-Video if you are buying an analog TV.

I wouldn't buy a TV today that didn't have an S-Video connection or better. You want it. You need it. Buy it.
