I'd say thats a fair price shipped, but if you add shipping on top of that then it would be faster to just get used copies at a local EB or Gamestop w/ the 10% off card they have.

If thats shipped then take it.

Ok, just got off the phone with them - and the guy was saying that it was a complete error on their part (site might have gotten hacked internally).

Anyways, they are charging anyone who got the games for $5 the regular price for the game ($20) and if you got Sega GT Online for $5 like me and Yankeez - then it's going to be bumped to $50 - so CANCEL your orders now if you don't want to pay full price !!!

Anywho, I cancelled my entire order - they said there was one girl who called and bought 50 (!!) games and was complaining because her credit card got overcharged - instead of $250, they added on an additional $750 - OUCH!!

Dont call them. They legally CANNOT overcharge you without your permission when you have a receipt telling you otherwise. Anyone who automatically got charged full price has a lawsuit in their lap.

OK here is my update:

I got that email saying they were going to cancell my orders, BUT at the same time i got another email saying partial shipment (two $5 games). So i'm not sure even with that letter if the order is completely cancelled. Check your credit card statements and track your order. We still might have some hope here even with that email they sent out.

They are not bound to hold to that price by any legality. It is to their discretion what they do about a site error. And most of the time that will mean cancelling your order and if need be crediting your account. They do have the right to chnage the price but also have to inform you of the change and give you opputunity to cancel. The following is from their terms and conditions.

Ya exactly.. They can change the price but they have to inform you first and get your permission to charge you that price or cancel your order.
