Halo Soundtrack

Hey does anyone have the halo original soundtrack, i just saw it on amazon.... didnt no they made it...I could use it for my websites. and other stuff.. Is the CD any good? and does anyone who has it have aim? and a little thing called a file transfer button? But not for the music, uhhh.. so i can send pictures... If u have it, and have aim (solely to talk about if its worth 15 bux );) ) then hit me up @ f00tball4me (AIM)

No, I don't have it, however, I have a nephew that does....he's almost as hardcore for Halo as I am :D

Basically, every song you hear on the game is on the CD... I don't plan on picking it up because I tend to hear the music by playing it...far more than I would listening to the CD. But, if you are going to use it for a website, I would recommend picking it up then if you plan on incorporating it with your site. :)

wow I didn't even know they had a soundtrack..I am gonna have to pick this up...would love to hear it in my car stereo on the way to work. now this is gonna rock!

Halo by far has the best musical score of any game this generation; pretty much every aspect of Halo is better than any game this generation! :)

I don't know the MGS series had one hell of a score too. In my eyes those two are even.

Another game that has an underrated score in my books is Metroid Prime.

On a side note...how much are you looking forward to Halo 2 and MGS3?

XIII also has a very good soundtrack, as well as Crimson Skies.

Halo and MGS are by far the best.

I would have to debate you on that....

Ever since FFVII...Final Fantasy has held the best musical score IMO...they just value music so much, and have hundreds of extra's just working on the musical department.

There's something with Halo's music...it's theatrical yet epic...and it kind of gives me that sense of peace before the storm of kicking some serious ass :D

There are actually two soundtracks for Halo. The original one, which came out shortly after the game and Bungie just released a new one that supports DD 5.1, has a few new mixes and has a DVD with some Halo 2 trailers on it.

I have the original Halo Soundtrack and plan on getting the new one.

The Panzer Dragoon Orta soundtrack is also really good.

Microsoft just released a bunch of soundtracks actually. The new Halo one, Crimson Skies, Brute Force and I think a few others.

In my opinion Halo and Medal of Honor Frontline both have the best soundtracks of any game and are different in their own unique way.

I agree. I do think Halo has a sweet soundtrack. Medal of Honor Frontline and Allied Assault have far better ones though, in my opinion. :)

You can get the songs off of Kazaa or eMule easily.

You should try WinMX because you don't have to have your music files on the network and you can still download others. That's good because if a lot of people are trying to download your music files then it can slow down your internet.
