Long Day ... Getting LIVE...

11 am.. called ebgames .. had them reserve last copy of xbox live for me.. looked up what kind of router I should get.. (opinions of xba'ers) got a linksys befsr41... and the only xbl's were the ones with mechassault.. 69.99.. and i wanted espn nfl 2k4 44.99 linksys router 59.99 + a few ethernet cords .. all together about 230 spent.. well I knew i would need a credit card to verify age.. im 18 .. just turned.. applied for a credit card at bank about 2 days ago.. so I have to wait like 8 - 10 more days before I can get it going.. sucks :cuss: :cuss: :cuss: :cuss:

I wonder....can you change your credit card info after you've signed up on XBL?

If so, you might go that route. See if someone would let you use their card # 'til you got yours. :confused:

Actually, thrAsher...my initial credit card expired and my Live wouldn't work...until I updated it with my newly released credit card...so, I would say, likely not.

I'm not sure what you're saying here Maxy. Seems to me he's just suggesting putting one CC# in, then when the new CC arrives, just going into billing and entering info for the new card.

I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work. I was canceling the CC I had originally put on my account during the 1st year. Before I did that, I put in the info for my Visa/Debit card. No problems whatsoever.

I have some trial memebership cards that can tide you over.. They last for a couple months so just go get the kit with the headset and I can PM you the code and stuff on the card... PM ME

hey.. thanks but I got a parent to lend me their cc info until mine comes in a week or so.. I got espn nfl and mech assault.. spend most of my time playing espn nfl 2k4 I love it.. very addicting.. and the style is great... i was thinking about picking up top spin tomorrow... a lot of people play top spin on live??

also I got a 2 month trial of xbl in my nfl espn 2k4 but I cant use it.. so if anyone needs it pm me ... :)
