Best NFL Game ????

I have the xbox and want to get a NFL game. What are your opinions between the two that are out. I have always played the Madden games in the past up until Gamday came out for the Playstation. I would really appreciate any input you have. Also can you recommend some other games for adults. I really want GTA3 for the xbox.

I would go with NFL Fever, Halo, and Max Payne. NFL Fever rocks, I like it a lot better than Madden.

and I can honestly say NFL Fever was the right choice for me. In my opinion, NFL Fever has better gameplay than Madden and the graphics are absolutely amazing. This game has statistics out the wazoo and every NFL Record in existance (you can break them too!) and loads of other features.

Everyone's preference is differant so my advice to you is to rent both games and see which one you enjoy more.

just about every magazine, and site to review the 2 said Fever. I bought Fever, and I love it.

I think it depends on what you are looking for. Fever has the best graphics and options, 2K has the best gameplay, and MAdden has... um, the name Madden....

Fever or Madden, the age old question.

I have both, and I think I can safely say, you cannot go wrong with either one. BOTH are great games. BOTH have excellent game play. BOTH have great passing. BOTH have great running.

I would give the nod to Fever in graphics, but I would give the nod to Madden as far as depth of play. Madden has more fun modes..2 minute drill, madden cards, etc.

But, again, I honestly dont think youo can go wrong with either game. If you love football games, you will be happy with either one.

NFL Fever 2002 is the best, in my opinion :D I hate ported games. NFL Fever was created with the XBox in mind. If I wanted Madden or NFL2K2, I would just play my friend's PoS2 or on my DC. I believe that NFL Fever 2002 is starting off where Madden and NFL2K2 left off.

But, one thing is for sure, it's great to see some healthy competition...Right now, Fever takes the cake...but, next year is going to be very interesting :)

Madden is the better game- for GameCube only, though...

Best football game is Fever on Xbox...Madden lags somewhat playwise on Xbox; dunno why- and the controls aren't as responisve as their PS2/GCN counterparts.

IMO the best football game to date is Madden 2002 for GameCube...Fever is a close second, followed by NFL2k2 on PS2.

I have never played this game, but, has anyone ever played "GameDay" on the PoS2? I haven't, but, I hear that it's really really good.

I agree, it's nice to see Madden get some competition, and i can't wait to see how both Fever and Madden respond next season.

I've played both and think they are both good games. I felt Madden was a bit more realistic as far as gameplay. But everyone is right when they say Fever has great graphics.

I think Fever wasn't going full-force to be a football sim like Madden from the get-go, based on the way it's presented. Kinda reminds me of a Blitz/NFL2k mix, with a tad bit of Madden stat-tracking. No lie, the graphics are the best for a football game that I've seen...but I haven't played QB Club for GCN or NFL2k2 for Xbox yet, so I can't really say just yet...

i own fever and i think the game is brilliant, especially dynasty mode. there are tons and tons of stats which is cool. i heard madden is a carbon copy of the ps2 version, but havent gotten around to playin them yet.

Just get Halo and Max Payne. Everything else sucks right now.
