Ok seriously, what's up with all these guys online using flaming bottles that can kill you with one hit?

I heard a rumour that it has something to do with the Action Replay but when I checked out their website I couldn't find anything on them for Xbox.

I just want to know where and how they got those cheap ass weapons.

Boo to deleted scores.

* Oh yeah XBA, I'm still waiting on my Action Replay that I won about 2 months ago. What's going on guys? I know I'm not only speaking for myself here, but it'd be nice to know.

Flaming Bottles = Molotov C.ocktails

THey appear in the game in single player mode, used by the terrorists. To make a long story short, some people with modded xboxes hacked their gamesaves to include whatever weapon they want in any slot. 4 primary weapons? Molotov's? Yep. 4 Gas Masks? I got that :D.

Eventually, the hacked saves will probobly end up on AR's site..

Ah ****, one of XboxLive's greatest advantages (to me anyway) was it's hack-free games. Everytime you play CS on PC, you're bound to be called a hacker at one minute or the other, if not, then you're the one getting fecked up by a gang of hacks.

I was surprised when someone accused me of cheating when I was playing UC, saying I had an invincibility 'code' on... pfft... now we have to worry about these nut hackers attempting to lay waste to what XboxLive strived for. I hope MS does something real soon to knock this shi* out. :cuss:

This'll just be another reason why I'll only play on Live when there're prior arrangements made with trusted players. :o

Yeah. These people are ****ing idiots. They don't care about anyone else. All they care about is their own personal gratification, although I don't know how you can be satisfied with killing someone online when you cheated to kill them. It's rediculous, really. Everyone just make sure that you report their gamertags. Stupid ass people did the same thing to RTCW. It's sad, really.

Also, I'll probably start running a dedicated at night when I'm not playing. If you want, give me your gamertag and I'll give you mine and I'll add you so you can join. :cheers:

I wonder if Ubi will find a way to filter out people who use this hack, essentially by making them unable to join servers?

Gotta say, though, those Molotov's sure are cool.

They could easily arrest this development by quickly releasing a patch that changes molotov damage.

There is still the problem of the other hacks though. 4 primary wepaons? GHEY!

XBox should use Punkbuster. I have never come across a cheater on PC in a game with punkbuster enabled.

In general I have followed game hacking developments; I think the end results can be interesting but usually exploited to get cheap kills. The Molotov ****tail is an interesting weapon, have never seen it used online though.

Cheating is something that is hard to thwart (RTCW did it well) because there are always temp files and saved games at hacker's disposal.

This is the main reason why I am usually only found playing when DDC, G-UnitX, and XBA guys are on. It's just not worth playing against people who as far as you know has these enabled already. Though I wouldn't mind seeing the molatov in action...I haven't seen it yet on the UBI servers.

Ya I've seen them. I have someone on my friends list that has em and he said it was from action replay. But anyhow he said he just wanted to show me and said he wouldn't use it on other rooms. And yes rainbow six 3 has gone to hell.

Wow. I know intelligence runs thin on the internet but, geeze. We aren't stupid enough to not see through your ploy. The hack IS the save game.

No one is going to help you cheat on Xbox Live. It ruins the fun for 99% of the players.

If you feel the need to cheat becuase you have internet friends who do it. You need to re-evaluate your life.

If I start to see game save names and/or sites for where to get them that are used to hack XBL games, the thread will be closed and the user may get banned - at least a strike (depending on how stupid they get) .

This is HACKING - PIRACY - read the dam forum rules as this is NOT an exception because it's 'just a game save'.

Yes, i have the saves, No, i wont use them in public servers. Its as simple as that. Like Butterz said, i made a server last night for a molotov demo :D

theres other website that has the file, but u'll need some type of mod to get the file to work. so its not worth it now since xbl bans ppl with a modded xbox. thank god AR took it off before it spread.

My stats are going to hell because of you!!!

I had them at a 2.0 ratio at one time, now im only like 10 kills over 1 :(

I understand where everyone is comming from so i made of list of all the sites that still are hosting the hack and i e-mailed them to ubi.

also all they would need to do is a quick auto-update to change the damage of the ****tail in single player.. so that it would do nothing on XBL.

It's probably too late. The damn file will be on Kazaa soon, if it's not already. The decency of the average XBL gamer is the only hope we have; we have very slim hopes.
