Halo 2 Clan

Alright,

Does anyone here want to start a halo2 clan with me... i can make the website, and pay for it... I dont want it to be a sucky clan, as i will play it in every second of free time. I want to b like i was at halo1 on XBC, in all the good clans. unfortunatly, i didnt find halo or xbc until last summer, so i was at a major disadvantage... i played like a mofo, and was being compared to ppl that had played it since it came out by ppl on XBC. anyways, i want sumone else that is active here to b dedicated like i will b.... any takers? i could start one with friends, but i can tell they dont have the determination..... anyways, ttul

I am interested in helping you out with this. Let me know what kind plans/ideas you have. I certainly will not be much help for puting up a site due to a serious lack of knowledge in that area. But I am defiantly a halo enthusist and am willing to help in some way.

Well, I dont think at the beginning anyone will reallllly be good, because so far, Halo2 looks a lot different than the first, ya no? Besides, if u did join the clan, we could just kick you out if u sucked :). (in a nice way) heh..... We'll see.... HEY! no1's flamed me for me stupid ideaz!:cheers:

ok, j/k. preparing for halo 2 is always a good thing but still, my xbc wont find my xbox. to the ppl that played me in rs3, u'll understand how good am in halo ;)

Besides, im the best halo player in my city, probably top 15 in my state (pyscho soldiers live in my state!..ughh), anyways, im obsessssssed w/ halo, and will give up all other xbox games, including this site (maybe), the first couple days of halo2....

Honestly, if a person that is in this clan has never or will never play the first Halo on XBC, then, they'll be a complete joke as an addition to a Halo 2 clan.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but, there are some complete bad asses on XBC that still play Halo every single day on it...the bad ass players on there are going to own Halo 2 on XBL...just wait and see. And, I'll be there with the rest of them ;)

yea, I think it will be months before the people that don't consistently play XBC Halo (and by consistently, I mean about 5 days/week), because the guys on XBC are crazy, It'll be like a year before I'm even remotely comparedly good, since I don't play Halo much

Hence the reason why Im slowly creaping towards XBC more, but with the announcement of Fall, I guess I can wait for the summer, when the computer is in my room with the xbox and makes life easier. Im sure there will be others from around here that want to get back into it so we don't get made looking foolish against all the hard core halo 24/7 players. But maybe they will stick with XBC and not get Live and we will all survive :)

But me and Mike played Halo hard core this summer. Great, great times Mike. We should try that again next summer :cheers:

Oh man...when Halo 2 comes out, it will be the end of XBC...only a handful of dudes will still be playing on there...that's my prediction anyway.

XBC will only be around if and only if the host incurs the same disadvantage as the rest of the players.

If you're hosting a game on XBC...and you lose, it's bad...real bad. I mean, I can see one or two games slip through the crack as it is impossible to be 100% ALL OF THE TIME....but, losing consistently? Ouch...

Yeah, no crap... My first games on XBC, i got flamed so much for it... Damn, lol.... i was hostin to, it felt like a hazing...

As to your other post...
Me and Brett played XBC every day last summer, cept brett was gone for a month, cuz he got grounded and then plauged with a shut down virus... And I also lan 3+ times a week for like 15 hrs total a week. Ive lanned with PSB ( the B team of PS, who is 10-2 against PS at Chillout) PS is the third ranked team in the nation too.... Anyways, i am VERY VERY good at Halo, and i just started like 9 months ago... on XBC i was as good as most (not all) of the members on TsK, People compared me to UNKNOWN on xbc, just for reference... so i think im up there, even tho i dont go to the big tournies, for 2 reasons...
-1, im like 2 years of less practice than everyone else, even tho i am as good as lots of them, so if i went to lots of the big tournies, i would only place like top 30 teams. which would be a waste of money :)
-2, i cant drive yet

XBC= GONE in a couple months, nobody will use it, cept ppl without live, and that wont be many, only the ppl who are too cheap for XBL :) I so cant wait for fair online halo!!!!! wahoo

theres already halo 2 clans formed. They practice in Halo on XBC to prepare for halo 2 when it comes out. btw, the game releases this fall.
