So I see alot of posts on the live forums on xbox about how people are using some hacks to cheat in games like RTCW/rs3/CS..
anyone know whats going on?? hope that shi stops.. hacking is no fun.. and I didn't think it would be able to be brought to xbox.. but I guess there's always going to be some people who get it :watchout:

To my knowledge people that are hacking are the ones with modded x-box's...I don't know how you would be able to stop that unless you monitor the servers 24/7 which is possible.
Hacking games is for the computer...not the X-box...sucks they had to move to the xbox to ruin the gaming for everyone else

Well thankfully HomeLAN will be monitoring the servers with experienced/professional admins so you won't have to worry about being cheated in Halo 2...thankfully

PC is actually having a huge movement in the ati-hacking sector. Punkbuster is your friend.

I have yet to see a hacker and up untill now, I've never heard of it happening. I didn't think it was possible because according to the manufacturers of mod-chips, you have to turn of the chip before going on live or else you will be banned from Xbox live.

There are also some non-modchip hacks, but I don't know if you can do this on XBL?
Anyways, we better not get into too much modchip talk, or this thread will be closed.

Ithink its a good topic, last night in rain63 i got hit with a moltov ****tail in the spine after i killed a guy abut 10 times, i also unloaded in his face with a us 12g 20 shots no joke in his face nothing i asked him about this he simply said if he can do it its not cheating if i know were he lived i would have personly shown him something unfair. anyway, their making their own paches and puting them on the harddrive before they go on.

Olaf, if you have a question regarding a mod's activity, please PM a mod who is online at the moment.
The reason it was closed is because XBA does not promote any modding talk. As these 'cheats' on R63 originated from modders, the thread was closed.

As far as the topic goes, it was closed due to discussions of mod chips which are not allowed. Being that this is what this topic is (but it's from hacked modded Action Replay saves) - so therefore, I closed it. Next time, PM me or one of the other staff rather than start a thread again being that it was just closed.
This one is now closed again.
