How is this to the people who have it, it came out today and have been seeing some people playing it so hows it online?are there alot of dedicated servers ,lobby, etc....

There really isn't a lobby(Unless I haven't found it) unless you mean before you enter a game. Then, the set up is a lot like Mech Assault in that fashion, but you can join a game that is currently in progress.

The online play is pretty tactical, and plays a lot like Team Fortress Classic does.

I'm not sure if there are a lot of dedicated servers, as I haven't played a lot on Live yet. I'm playing through the single player mission first.

No, it was out three days ago. If it was out today, how would I have said what the game was like 2 days ago? I wasn't talking about the PC version.

It is. You choose to be either a ranger, tech, or gunner. You have to control generators to get energy to be able to use jump jets, extra weapons, vehicles, and to be able to capture the artifacts of the other team(flags).

The only problem with single player is that for some reason, the computer-controlled characters have REALLY crappy animation, but this isn't the case on multiplayer.

Oh, and if you run a dedicated server, you can have 12 players in multiplayer instead of 8.

the championship one only had like 3 new maps! and that was months ago! anyway they promised characters, weaponse etc... but they never came

I just got done playing it for like 2 hours. I like being a ranger and a tech. I can snipe and I love that assault rifle and the pistol. It is a little like perfect dark and team fortress combined. But the only problem is I actually think the levels are a little smaller than I expected. For some reason I saw a 16 player server. It lags sometimes. It keeps giving me a "server no longer exists" when I try to go on a server. The respawn is too long. I really think they should hve just had a capture the flag and team deathmatch. If they had a deathmatch I would be up all night sniping people on that sunset beach level. I think they could have made the game a hell of a lot better than they made it. Should have had the exact same modes as perfect dark and team fortress. (The president game). I absoulutly love the gameplay though. I'm really skeptical about it. They made it horrible compared to what they could have made it. The only reason I said it was completly awesone at first was because I thought the map was really big. You could go on the mountain and snipe. Even though I think the game is really weak compared to what it could have been I still would have bought it, and yes I'm still gonna play it. I love the gameplay and sniping people. My teamfortress is screwed up on my computer and I wanna play with my people I talk to on this site and real life. Everyone who has the game on here add me. We could probally just play it so we just snipe each other and stuff.

the games olny really fun online when you kn ow how to paly it and if you go on to a game with olny like a few people you need to get out because the maps are way to big to be playing with just a few people.

Well it got about a 6/10 from reviewers, it can't be that great.

I rented it yesterday and it didnt really appeal to me. Im still playing through single player but multiplayer was too confusing for someone to just jump into and I just didnt like it the feel of it. Every game I joined Id ask people something and they didnt know either or would tell me wrong info so I dunno. I thought the graphics were going to be alot better too from what I was hearing.

Single player sucks. Graphics are so-so, voice acting is crap, the story leaves a lot to be desired, blah blah blah.

Honestly though, I do enjoy the MP. There should be more maps/players, but hopefully the first will be fixed w/ DLC. This is definitely a renter to see if you're intersted, but it's worlds better than UC. I realize they're two wholely diff't games, but I was against this one just from the franchise. It's not too bad.

But, avoid it like the plague if you don't have live. Seriously we're talking about 6 hours max on the SP.
