Yes I did think Rising Sun was good. I think it should have been longer and Live but, for what you got it wasn't to bad. But I like war/firstperson shooters anyways.
As for Rainbow Six 3 I have the demo and I don't like the controls.

I'm just curious, but as a FPS on Xbox, isn't the controls the same as MOH: FL for Xbox? I mean, Rainbow Six 3 has the same controls as Halo, Return to Castle: Wolfenstein, Counter-Strike, etc... So what's not to like?

Get Rainbow 6 3, a must have game especially if you are live enabled, I also reccommend Prince of Persia if you can get it cheap, so far its one of my favorites on the box.
MoH:Rising Sun, i am a huge fan of that series. i just wish EA would make better ports for console. MoH could be so much better if it took advantage of the power of the console.

You really got to buy Metal Arms: Glitch in the System, best shooter since Halo in my opinion. It has a fantastic single and multiplayer features. Another great one is POP!
Metal Arms: Glitch in the system. Get this game for sure. Its in my top 10!:D

I suggest counterstrike. It's so much fun. I never go into it on pc due to my 56k connection and my laptop but I have played this almost exclusively for over 2 months. RB6 3 for something more strategic/stealthy; but if you want to blast the **** out of people on xbl get CS w/o question.

I also like war shooters, I agree with M4OH, Metal Arms Glitch in the System. But I personally would save up for Shellshock Nam 67' or for Call of Duty:Finest Hour, they both look kick ass.

I would plump for Metal Arms: A Glitch In The System too.
It's in third-person but a lot of the ways in which it plays are reminiscent of first-person games (which you seem to like). Plus, you can normally pick it up for pretty cheaply. It controls not unlike Mech Assault, to a degree. The only downside about it is that the multiplayer doesn't play online. It would have been a great game to play online. Still, it shouldn't be a problem if you've got real life friends.
Another game I'm enjoying greatly at the moment (which you can also get pretty cheaply) is Beyond Good and Evil but I don't know if you would be as enamoured with it, given your leaning towards first-person shooters.
Oh, and for whoever asked about the controls in Medal of Honor: Rising Sun, you can configure them to your own settings. I don't know if that's possible in Rainbow Six 3 or not as I've never played it.
Oh, another enjoyable game (which doesn't play online either, I'm afraid) is Freedom Fighters. It's not unlike Dead To Rights with a squad (which you can give very basic commands to) and a more open gameplay style. Hopefully, you could find it for fairly cheap too. We did.
I hope that of some use and, just before I finish babbling, I didn't think Medal of Honor: Rising Sun was that bad either. I think it was probably unfairly slated. It's not great but it's not awful.
Whatever you get, I hope you like it.

We just got Deus Ex: Invisible War. I'm right at the start of it but I like what I've seen so far.
It doesn't appear to be as in-depth as the original game, on the PC. However, that probably works better on a console anyway, given the constraints of controller configurations (even if the X-Box gamepad does seem to have countless numbers of buttons on it).
It seems like quite a focused and plot driven game, so it might be a good choice if you like games with a strong storyline. It doesn't have any multiplayer or downloadable content of any shape or form whatsoever. On the back of the box, the only option highlighted is Players 1. That gives you some idea of what I'm pressing here.
Another game I find great fun to play in co-op, but which would lose a lot of its enjoyment playing alone, is Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II. It's not an especially thoughtful or groundbreaking game (think the first game only more or a souped up Gauntlet and you won't be off the mark whatsoever) but it is a lot of fun. Again, there is nothing in the way of downloads or online play but it's good fun if you've got real life friends (whatever they are. I wouldn't know) to play it with.
I'll stop babbling now. Please let us know what you eventually decide to get.

That's true. Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Tides of War is a great game.
