Cant Beat Mission 20 (bloodwake)

Ok, its been two weeks, and I dunno what to do to beat this level. This is really getting on my nerves!!!! Anyone have any idea of how to go about killing all the turrents as well as all the boats that are in this mission? What strategy am I supposed to use when I get out and return, cause that big ship ALWAYS KILLS ME!!!!
