Today in an email i got from my monthly email from xboxlive.com and xbox.com: (Read the part in the stars!!!)

The Terms of Use for the Xbox Live Service will be changing effective with ******the next version release of Xbox Live, anticipated for the end of March.***** You may view the new Terms of Use when the next version of Xbox Live releases at http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/legal/legal-tou.htm for The United States and http://www.xbox.com/en-ca/live/legal/legal-tou.htm for Canada and in the Xbox Live Policies section in the dash. Your continued use of the Xbox Live Service after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those changes.

You too, cool. I also got a booklet from them saying that I will get $10 for every person I refer to Xbox Live.

These changes are going to be sweet, and clan friendly as well... I cant wait to start wasting my time on XBL again!!!!
