Do people take me seriously?

Well after a run-in last night with a guy who I thought had no problem with me, I have to ask, do people take me seriously on Live? I think its pretty obvious that im not serious at all, in anything I say, minus a few Yankees suck comments. Frink agrees with me, so how bout the rest of you?

I've only played w/ ya when it's a bunch of us XBA'ers. I don't think any of us take each other seriously.

If you're running your mouth in random servers w/ people who don't know you though, eh, sometimes people can be sensitive.

But whatever, it's just a game, and if people can't tell the difference it's their problem, not yours.

I'm guessing you're referring to me taking you off my friends list and then blocking all future requests. Yes, that night, you were extremely annoying and it did not help that I was just blowing off steam after a hell of a day with being on call. When you use Dark as a role-model for Live, it's never a good thing and will certainly get annoying fast. Just some food for thought.

What? I only remember talking for you for maybe 2 rounds, you stopped talking (you muted me), then after every time I was on your team, I could hear you scream (through other peoples headsets) F***!!! I dont know, I don't remember being very annoying that night, and I can usually remember it. I talked to Frink about it afterwards and he was astonished that you took me so seriously and flipped out towards me. I thought you were a pretty cool guy and had never had a problem with you. Thought all that **** was way overblown and came from nowhere. Also, about immitating Dark, I think I said shuttup like 4 times jokingly of course, but nothing else, and didn't say it more than maybe one dead lobby session. Honestly, if you have a problem with me thats fine, but if you are going to stop being friends with me for that than I guess I should never have added you to my friends list in the first place. :confused:

Bret, as I said man, you got me on a bad night. A very bad night. I had been on call all week, and it had been one hell of a day. It just happens that way when I am not in the mood to screw around with people and just want to play the game and have fun playing for real. That was one of the nights. And no, I wasn't taking it seriously, it was just the night and the timing that was screwed up. I didn't even realize that I blocked all future requests of yours from my friends list until after I hit it. I was like...oh damn! Regardless, whatever man.:confused:

I'm sorry if I did anything to further your bad day already, I really didn't have any clue about it. I guess I should just be more careful with what I say on Live. Hope we can put this **** behind us and go back to being whatever we were before :)
