US: November 21st
Europe: December 18th

Fall is from September 21 - December 21, so it wouldn't be a postponement. Bungie wouldn't do that anyways, they want to play the game as much as we do.

It just makes sense....the three year anniversary of the first installment. Another reason would be because XBox Live came out on November 15th as well. This will cause a huge explosion of XBL subscription renewals.

Halo 2 has probably outsold the majority of XBox games out there just with pre-sales. I hardly doubt that they are worried about releasing it too late.

Don't quite see the logic there, thats when the original Halo was released, I don't think they'll need to do much with Halo 2, and MS is pretty good with marketing.

Looks like you're new bro. Anyways, Bungie never put out a releae date on Halo 2 in the first place, Fall 2004 is the first release date that they have released, so in essence, Halo 2 was never delayed/pushed back/etc.
