This looks like a MP screen. Look at the armour colour. Somone at TXB has suggested that the armour may be customizable...possibly for clans etc. Checkout the duel wielding action with different weapons! What kinda of weapon is it that's firing the green strobes? Doesn't really look like a plasma pistol...so...new Covie weapon? Look at the movement of the guy at the front...the strafe looks a lot better! Sweetness.

While your checking out the screen listen to this sweet-a$$ track. It's called Rememberance. Very awesome!

The armor colors were there in the first one, this just showing that they added more of a variety. I'm still trying to figure out if that's a tank or possibly grunt shooting from a turret of some sort. 2 different weapons huh? Hmmm, that would be huge. The pic does look amazing though, all be it the background isn't the best detail, but MC still looks freakin' amazing.

I don't think its co-op cause there is a red guy sitting in the Warthog driver's seat and there is a green guy running toward the hog. There are 3 green guys. Looks like its MP.

I don't think it looks as good as the announcement trailer or the e3 demo.

It is probable that its just the angel of which it was taken at makes the body looks out of proportion with his head, but everything is out of proportion. And his body texture just isn't as... i don’t know "omfg" like it looks like from the ann. trailer. The bump mapping doesn't seems to be all there, but defiantly there. The environment is ok, but i don’t know, not up to the hype or the other pictures.

It looks good, but not as good as the rest.

Yup. This one's another multiplayer shot, taken at high resolution (for your edification) from a relatively recent build of the game. It's the same shot featured in a number of print video game magazines on sale and in subscribers' hands, right about now. The shot was taken in Slayer mode, and not all the graphical features are turned on, but this is pretty representative, we think. i was kinda hoping that when there is double weapons it would only be with guns like the pistol of the smg but now there is the shot gun crap thats not going to be good

From the pic, I can understand your confusion, but I can guarentee that there will not be duel weilding allowed with the shotgun cause it is a two handed weapon. Only one handed weapons are allowed to be used for duel weilding. In the pic, the guy on the left is in a death animation and his guns are falling from him. It just so happens that the Battle Rifel that he dropped appears to be coming from his left hand while he is holding a shottie in his right. He isn't infact holding the BR in his left. It just appears that way...its actually just falling from him.

I highly doubt it. There is far two many green streaks and it appears that they are missing their targets. It is more than likely a Covie equivalent of the SMG/Battle Rifle or a stationary turret of some kind.

the whole double weapon thing is really buggin me it might become a cheap tactic that may cripple the fun factor of halo 2s multiplayer. the good people at bungie got to make the double weapons have a really good side and a really bad side. if not halo 2 could just turnout like just another shooter

About dual wielding...I think it can definately work. Personally, I would find that it could make someone vulnerable if you're dual wielding two weapons because that prevents you from throwing grenades. The only time, at this point, where I can see dual wielding being helpful is for holding a plasma weapon in your left hand so you can use it to stun someone and melee them to death. This might come in handy in close quartered combat instead of running around in circles trying to shoot eachother.

That doesn't mean anything, in Halo 1, I could fire off 4 shots pretty quick and if there are 2 snipers, then that adds to more streaks. Plus, just because they are missing their targets, doesn't mean that it isn't a sniper rifle. The blasts look a bit too thin to be from a stationary gun.

Well considering how plasma works, you have to have alot of it for it to be more powerful. But who knows, we will find out soon enough. :)
