I've got a bit of money to spare and I want to buy a new game for my Xbox. So far I've got 4 racing games so I don't need another. Help me out and give me some advise on what I should buy.

ninja gaiden (extremely good game, action)
splinter cell (great reviews try if you like the 1st one, stealth/action)
breakdown (different kind of game either love or hate for this, shooter/adventure)
the suffering (lots of fun with blood, evil, swearing, slashing, great sadistic fun, survival horror)

Ghost Recon Island Thunder

For sugestions of buying a game I would say

GTA: Double Pack

and a search through the bargin bin theres a lot of old games cheap that are pretty good.

Ghost Recon is a bit dated, I wouldn't reccomend it if you're buying a new game.

What are you into?
FPS, RPG, Sports...?

Do you have LIVE?

One of the best shooters, non-LIVE is Metal Arms, another is HALO.

If you have LIVE, are more tactical minded and take your time learning the nuances of a game, Rainbow 6 3 or Pandora tOMORROW.

If you have LIVE or not, Ninja Gaiden is AWESOME for any action fan.

If you have LIVE and want to jump right in and have fun, figuring it out as you go...Return to Castle Wolfenstein, CounterStrike, Crimson Skies and maybe Soldier of Fortune.

If you want a sports game...any Sega/ESPN game is a safe bet.

are you kidding mechassault is really fun online. I played it a bit where everyone is a mech suit and attack the huge mech and who ever kills it becomes it and you have to kill all the suited mechs for points.

NEW GAMES
Ninja Gaiden
Pandora Tomorrow

Older Games at Low Prices
Metal Arms ($19.99 at most stores including EB, Gamestop, and Best Buy)
Beyond Good and Evil ( $19.99)
Otogi ($19.99 at Outpost.com)
Jet Set Radio Future ($5.99 - $10)

Jet Set Radio Future ($5.99 - $10)

You can get the combo JSRF/Sega GT for around that price, one more game :)
Plus the Clone Wars/Tetris(the second combo) sold for 16 cents at Circut City(pretty sure thats the place), most likly sold out now but you could find that pretty cheap.

More suggestions
KOTOR(knights of the of republic)
Morrowind(game of the year or orignal)
Dues Ex Invisible War
Max Payne 1 or 2
plus many more, take a look at the charts link at the top of the page shows top 10 of each genre.

Oops, I accidentally reccomended Mechassault in my earlier post, I meant to say Metal Arms.
(I edited my earlier post before I was flamed.) "Phew".

Everyone always seems to forget the great Panzer Dragoon Orta

There's a reason for that, as it's largely forgettable due to it's limited audience appeal.

I would still get games that are Xbox Live compatible even without DSL or Live...

I call it wishful thinking!

Just in case you decide to get it later on... Still fun to play!
