I would just have to say a 8.75. The first time I played I woulda given it like a 10 but after playing it for 2 years its kinda boring. If it was longer I would give it a higher score.

i have to rate halo a 10 just because it made me fps addict. well i wasnt even into any fps but halo changed me so it proboraly did to many other people so it deserves a 10 and i still am playing it after 2 and still lovin it more and more each day

I'd give Halo a solid 9.7. Why? I have yet to ever play a game this long and this much in my entire life. The replay value that Halo has given me is unsurpassed and is flat-out my favorite game ever....by far.

I still play Halo atleast every other day or so. I'm referring to the Multi-player over XBC. I have a buddy that comes over all the time and we team up or do FFAs with a bunch of other dudes. My server can host 16 dudes total. I've done it and everyone stayed in the game for several rounds...it was pretty nutso :)

Sure theres always something you could point out in the game that could bring the score down. But overall the games as close to FPS perfection as you can get. Story, Gameplay, Graphix, and Replay Value all came together on this one.

9.3 for me.

I would have given it higher like a year ago, but, like others, played it for so long it's kinda boring now. That score is based on my first year of play on it.

I can't agee more that there is tons of replay value, and yes, like other on this board,Halo got me into shooters (3rd and 1st person) big time. It's just, nothing can recieve a 10, maybe Halo 2, we'll see.

9.8 yeah it has been out for a long time, still beats any other fps. More in the original would have been cool, like banshee MP, and more levels.
