What will you do when you pick up Halo 2.

I know (hope) everyone is excited about it but I can't stop thinking what I am going to do when I am sitting in the car holding the box, looking at the box art. Will I walk in the door real slow and continue looking at the box or will I rush upstairs to my room. Will I play single player or multiplayer first. Will I actually plan to be in Ohio with my friends when the game comes out or will I be in WI calling my little brother to go online and then we will decide from there. Jeez I don't know wtf I will do....

Its not coming out in the summer or on winter break. I don't know if it is coming out on a school day an neither do most people. Actually for all I know it could come out right before school starts but it is unlikely.

I have my whole day planned out - :hump:

(7.00am) Wake up, kick alarm clock, jump around in anticipation. Then get back in bed for a snooze and recoup.

(7.03am) Get up, dressed and go down stairs.

(7.15am) Pretend to be ill and get the day off.

(7.30am) Set up a camp in my room, with a pair of binoculars to watch out for the postman, breakfast, snacks, and any demo's and magazines with Halo 2 Info and Videos and get on Bungie.net, Xbox Addict and any other Halo 2 fansites.

(7.45am) See parents out door, insisting I'll be fine on my own.

(8.00am) Begin to scan outside the window for a Post Van.

(8.20am) Hopefuly see postman and jump down the stairs in glee.

(8.21am) Answer door, and grasp copy of Halo 2.

(8.24am) Rip open amazon packaging, and insert the game.

(8.30am - 10.00am) Play lots of Single Player

(10.30am) Get on MSN while playing some offline Multiplayer to brag to my friends at school using the computers that their at school working, and I'm at home, playing Halo 2. :cheers:

(10.34am) Sign off in there face to hype them for the multiplayer party later on.

(10.40am) Get on Xbox Live and have some awsome Online fun. :yikes: :cool:

(12.30pm) Eat Lunch, fast. Then bring up beverages.

(12.40pm) Play some more Single Player.

(1.40pm) Live

(2.40pm) Single

(3.40pm) Live, practising for Multiplayer Party.

(3.45pm) Phone parents reminding them of the multiplayer party and insist I'm alright.

(4.00pm) Multiplayer Party! Whoop ass.

(6.00pm) Kick everyone back out the house and do some more Singe Player.

(7.00pm) Live. Lots of Live. Hours of Live. Into the night...

- 2.00am fall asleep with the game still running and thousands of live players screaming at me -

I'll play some single-player and then jump into multiplayer. The other day I had a dream that I was one day away from the release date of Halo 2 and then I was attacked by a 30 foot orange serpent with a rattle snake tail. :confused: :yikes: :huh: Oh well hopefully that won't happen and I can finally get "owned" by Maximus :hump: :D

If it comes out during the week, I will probably just pretend to go to school, skip that day, wait until my mom leaves for work, come home, play mutliplayer, and then do the campaign. I have some friends that have xbox and are getting it, so hopefully they all get live just by then so we can play. Sweet day this will be.... :D

Well; First I'm going to quit my job. I'm already saving to make sure I have funds to survive for the next while. Then I'm putting my kids up for adoption as I'd just be neglecting them anyways. I'm going to file for divorce and get the papers, I'll give them to my wife when she finally has enough to save her the trouble. From then on it's me, a TV, protein bars and carb shakes until I waste away and die with the controller still firmly gripped in my cold dead hands.

If it comes out on a weekday, probably play all single player until school is over and have an all-nighter multiplayer LAN party...then if any1 falls asleep either wake them up and force them to play(won't happen, friends ares stoked as well), or play single player...I hope Halo 2 has much more single player levels and less restrictive levels.

The only official word is fall 2004. We're all hoping it's september, but many of us also believed it was coming out last Nov. 15th as some sort of surprise.

If I still have LIVE, I will hit some co-op campaign...I will play single player during the weekends, and multi after school.
