Well, my favorite would have to be RPGs. In a close second, Racing and FPS would tie. I think just about the only genre I don't like is RTS. I suck at RTS games like you wouldn't believe.

I like a good RPG, RTS, TBS, Action/Platformer, FPS. And pretty much in that order. Games like Fallout and Starcraft are just awesome.

Thanks to Splinter Cell and its followup Pandora Tomorrow, I love stealth games. Its amazing on the endless possibilities on how to complete a mission. If there is a mission that has lethal force as an option, I always choose alternate routes, such as being undetected. Its so much better than having to go only one option to get through a game.

RPG's! (unfortunately, since there are, like, three for this system) and FPS's with lots of multiplayer options.

Just add stealth into the mix and I agree too. I just installed Fallout a little bit ago and I love that game, same with Starcraft! Thats the only problem with the xbox it's not good for such great and unique RTS's like that.

I'm glad too. Consoles are not the best thing for real time strategy games. Not even close. I tried playing Starcraft on the N64 and it was horrible, because it was impossible to control.

My favorite genre... Hmmm... I would have to say I would pick racers as the games of choice for me. IMO Racers are great if you don't have alot of time to play them (Burnout 2: Point Of Impact. i.e Crash Mode) and they are also great if you do have the time (Project Gotham Racing 2. i.e Everything :D ).

omg i love them but there arent very many on xbox that r FUN i would really like a rpg like diablo for xbox live meaning no charging a monthly price like final fantisy. 1st person shooters and stealth games r cool too.

FPS, especially in a cosmic graphics environment. I play slow and soak in the scenery. That leads me to believe I'll probably like the stealthy games. Haven't played any yet, as I just ordered a Halo box today!
