Well for the first, oh say month, this game was THE ****! But at about this time, I am ready to put this game back on the shelf. I thought this game was better than RS3, I even wished it was, but after playing it alot, I have come to realize how great Rainbow Six really is. I'm sure I'm not the only one here who has tired of it. I really don't know what it is, but its like I feel like its a chore to play it. Maybe its the fact that people on it can be real jackasses, and close the server's just after they are spies, or the fact that only 4 people can play. Well, whatever Splinter Cell, it's been real. But Rainbow Six deffinately won this battle.

I felt the same way after playing the game for the first 10 hours.

Dude, that happens to me w/ EVERY game I get for the Xbox. Usually you can whoop it in a week's time, you know. And XBL makes 'em fun for a while longer. But, unless it's some crazy ish like Morrowind that's just bigger then Texas, it gets boring. Gotta switch it up. I don't necessarily just like to shoot things, either. I like to have to think outside of angles and choke points. Hell, if my PC wasn't from last century I'd definitely be playing way more different games....

Odd, I've also noticed how much fun Rainbow Six is with the release of SC:PT. I still like PT alot, but noticed it's not as cool as it first was. And began playin Rainbow a bit more. (its a conspiracy!!!)

The game is still kickass, but the crap heads that drop out before the round is over just reaallyy ticks me off. If the game was less frustrating, I might play it more often.

i think the wow has worn out but the fun is still there. you just gotta find a teammate you always play with and develop strategies. me and mm3 are still playing SCPT all the time and i still find it fun as a room full of balloons.

i still think SC: PT kicks ass, but the only 4 players just drages it down. they realy should have made it 3 Vs 3.specialy on virdigo plasa.

First of all: If you rate how fun a game is by its online play while totally ignoring its singleplayer game (the reason i buy a game in the first place) then you're totally clueless when it comes to taste in games. Secondly , anyone who says Rainbow Six 3 is better than Splintercell: Pandora Tomorrow needs a head check. That's my two cents.

I do rate games by their online play, since I usually only play the online version anyway. So now I am clueless when it comes to taste in games, just because I prefer to play the online part? Just because a game has a kick-ass single player campaign, doesn't really mean that its multiplayer is going to be top notch. I usually buy games for the online, so I want the online to be good. And in my OPINION (yes, that thing that people are allowed to have), Rainbow Six's online game is better than Splinter Cell.

Eat **** you little ****-faced *******! Telling me I have a bad taste in gaming, you have a bad taste in life. You are such a bestially cancerous muncher of earwax. I can't believe how much of a enormously nauseating necrophiliac you are. I think its time that you stop being such a massive rimlicker, and start respecting peoples opinions. Now bow, bow to your bretman. DO IT! SHUT UP! I SAID SHUT THE HELL UP DAMNIT!

well for me this is the game i mainly play now along with some midtown madness 3 for clans and stuff so this has to last me the summer until rainbow six black arrow comes out....anyway i think the WOW has worn out, but i like the game because theres like a trillion different ways to do things so everygame u go to u have to do things differently to adjust to the other person...and as long as u have a teammate who u have fun playing with well i cld play this game for 5 hrs straight kickin ass with some of my real good friends...but thats just me
personally i like it more then rainbow because it requires a ton of teamwork and alot of skill....and it has two different sides of the game rather then a couple different spawns
rainbow six 3 accum. time 44:21 min
Splinter Cell PT time 78:44 min

The game was alright the first few times I played it. After a week or so however, my friends and I went back to Rainbow 6 III. Alot of the reason behind this, is the fact that you can't have more than 4 players on a seesion at once. Understandably, 4 is plenty for a game of this nature, it just got boring quick. We were for accustomed to have a full house, all of our team mates, and friends, playing the night away on Rainbow 6 III.
While the game was done up nicely, it still in my opinion lacked alot. And now that there are all these stat whores playing the game, it really lost it's shine to me. Yea, sure, you have those in R6III aswell, but if a couple of them leave due to getting handled, there is always a room full to take their place. No worries about super unmatched games.
I dunno, like I said, it was fun for awhile, but then it just lost it's luster to me, quick. I suppose it really boils down to what a person likes.
I took a long break from it...
But i played it again last night, and it was a blast.

last night was pretty fun, my favorite part was when my connection died, and i got a nice little 100 point penalty... :)
even though i did pretty bad, i would've enjoyed it more if i didn't have to stop every minute or so to hack up a lung (darn cold :cuss: )

see as far as splinter cell goes i think u should go back and realise this game was made to shine in its story i think if u buy games just for online ur just getting 50% of true fun factor of the game... games like splinter cell will offer online but as an added bonus or a must for xbox live now... my opinion of the online i thought it was stupid ... i really do! after i got through with the storyline which i enjoyed the hell out of all the new moves they gave sam fisher.. i beat it in week and half on medium setting and then i went on to play online once i started playing the online i really thought it was stupid running to sectors trying not to get cought it was the lamest game of hide and seek i ever been in lol ....
but thats the thing this game was not made to shine in its live option... its a stand out story about sam fisher government double agent... its not called splinter cell online agent.... remember not all online is perfect gears isnt perfect halo 2 i know is not perfect... and im sure gears 2 halo 3 will mess up someways as well ... .. so if ur prefrence is the online and not the story my one suggestion to you is wait till games are release give them a week... get the true reviews as i call them from threads and forums from gamers if u could rent it and then buy it thats wat i do 60 bucks is a lot of money i treat everything like a investment... so try this things if ur an online only player....
as towards your question... i dont think splinter cell was lame or worn out i thought the story that they put was awesome the moves where awesome ... the graphics always beautifull and amazing... so to this gamer no way i will always buy the game...
but i will trade it or sell it within two weeks my score to this game was 50% out of 100 on story and gameplay and 25% out of 100 on online play or replay value ...
