I think Halo 1 will be better. Sure Halo 2 sounds/looks real pretty but I think they are changing too much.
- no more health bar
- everything is icons
- destructable turret sites
- higher jumping
- harder to flip hogs
Maybe it's just me.

Once your shield depletes, you can only take about 2 or 3 more hits before you die. This really makes you rely on tactics, which makes you a better player.


- everything is icons

This makes it easier to find your allies, and identify between them. It also makes objectives clearer, as well as the need for you to reload. Big plus!

More realistic. It also makes you decide whether or not you are in a bad enough situation to use a Turret.


- higher jumping

That is because of your Mark VI MJOLNIR. It is better than your Mark V. The difference isn't that big anyways, so it is pointless to gripe about it.

More realistic. Not that big of a deal anyways.

Yeah, sounds like you had to try hard to find some bad things about Halo 2. Maybe you should look at the good things, and not judge the game until you play it.

Yeah..And that of what you have seen was only the multiplayer..Sure you saw an old vid a year ago of Single..But think of how cool its gonna be by Nov.9th with the fact that it has a pants splooging affect already.

haha they snuck into e3. That is awesome. Halo 2 will be even more than I hoped for. Zanzibar looks better than I thought it would. Now I know I can hit them in the head with a battle rifle twice and kill them.

btw I have my sensitivity at 9. I'm either gonna keep it for halo 2 or put it at 8.

Maybe I'll try that same tactic next year and make a road trip to E3....but Halo 2 will be in my Xbox next summer, so I'll just stay home and play it.

Sure, Zero's a hypocritical know it all :p , but it's Halo 2 man, if you seriously think a few cosmetic changes (like Icons, laugh) are going to make Halo 1 better then you're dumber than you realize. I'm by no means a halo 2 flamer. I was just helping out the first guy who said the negative things about h2. Just because this is a halo2 board doesn't mean you have to turn a blind eye to changes your not excited about. Who knows, maybe he'll change his opinion once he plays.
