Purchased it, returned it.

It was fun for about an hour, after that I got really sick of it.

There were not enough characters to keep me interested.

I never was able to get into it.

Its not a good single player game. When my friends come over its an easy choice to play. I let them beat the crap out of each other. its funny to watch them. other than that I never play the game anymore.:)

DOA3 was the most disappointing game I bought for my X-box. The game only has 1 un-lockable guy, and you cannot even use him in story mode when you do unlock him. The game is a good 2 player fighting game, but who cares, so is almost every other fighting game. Tekken and Soul Caliber blow this game away. I had a hours of fun playing those games, and they had rewards for those hours of play. There are no rewards in DOA3 except 1 lame hidden guy, so I doubt mine will see much time either, and as soon as X-Box makes a good fighting game, this one goes to funcoland.

I agree, the game was a dissapointment to me. I played It for a couple minutes.. liked the graphics, played It, and returned It to Blockbuster.

I bought it today,,,, I want to return it,,, I got it from EB and the guy said that they will let me exchange it for instore credit with a window of 14 days..... so what should I buy????????????????? I really need to get rid of this game it is so lame... I do not have friends so what the heck is this crap good for..... I looks good, frankly that is not enough for me to throw away $50. Any help is appreciated.....

Graphically, DOA3 is gorgeous...but, I agree...it's not that fun of a game for extensive periods of time. That's why I didn't buy it...it could be considered as a good rental if you plan on having a fighting game when buddies are over. Other than that, the game belongs back on the shelves at your local Blockbuster.

I dont get it. Fine, you dont like the game. Then just go to another forum and cry about it. I dont think anyone here wants you to be saying Xbox games suck just because you know for a fact that its better than ps2.

Its a good warning to people who may buy a game.. I personally got bored of this game real quick and I never play it anymore.. I suggest to everyone don't buy it..

I feel bored very quickly when I play alone. I think the story mode is not good. There is only one boss and every easy to beat. I wish there were more bosses.
