I need help. My 10 year old is killing me at this game.Does any one have any strategies that might help me keep the game close?
He does this wraparound the net and can score anytime he wants. The goalie doesn't even move, even the good goalies(roy, hasek..) get beat all the time. In the hints before the game I read that certain combinations of players are more effective than others. Is there any combination that you've found to be particularly effective? especially on defense? I know this game has been out for a while, someone must have discovered a way for me to keep the score from being 7-0 BEFORE the first period ends!! I would appreciate any hints at all. Thanks

You could try to actually body check him a lot more. Eventually, he will get ****ed and just stop playing. Or (wouldn't reccomend) you could enter codes secretly before the start of the match (unlimited turbo, always on fire, etc.) but that would be cheating, and that would ruin the fun of the game. If your desperate, then you could try that.

I recommend lots of checking and pokes.

If that doesn't help, then you can try the skills option inside the game. it builds up your skill set as you do differnt events. Focuses on all aspects and you can increase the difficutily level to increase your learning.
