hello everyone,
as most of you know im from australia.

incase u are unaware the xbox is released here on march 14th 2002 (53 days).

i have been waiting along time for the xbox to arrive and would kill to play it. and the other day my dream came true.

i went over to my mates place (nothing out of the ordinary).

went to a party (it was ok)

came home from party to find that my mates brother's friend was over.

and he had with him freash from canada a brand new xbox. with one copy of halo and two controllers.

my eyes lit up.

when i picked upi the controller i was instantly in love.

when i played halo and found out what everyone was raving about words cannot describe.

all i can say is that by playing halo has made the pain of waiting a lot worse.

aww yer the best bit was he went home cause he had to work the next day and left the xbox for me and my mate to play.

we beat halo on normal on co-op and loved it.

halo is the best game ive ever played and thats it.

whats the moral of the story if your an aussie gamer??

dont play an xbox until you own one.

and if your in the usa??

be glad you can play one now.

c ya all,
Rochey

I too can't wait for the xbox. 53 days seems such a long time so hopefully the winter games and other sporting events will keep me busy. It's just a **** pity we don't get it here until after the holidays, I mean playing halo during the holidays with some mates, would have went off. Oh well I know the wait will be worth it.

well i plan on buying:

1. XBOX Console
2. XBOX Controller (For halo co-op & multiplayer)
1. XBOX DVD Movie Playback Kit
1. Copy of HALO
1. Copy of Project Gotham Racing
1. Copy of Nba Inside Drive
1. Copy of SSX Tricky
1. Copy of Oddworld: Munch's Oddysey
1. Copy of Rallisport Challenge (if its out by then)

I'm looking @ $1350 (Australian dollars) but well worth it :-)

Let me know if you think I should modify this list at all.

Dude, great list, except, I would strongly recommend getting Amped over SSX Tricky. Amped is my favorite game next to Halo...it's awesome!!!!! :D

Rochey! Dude, that's awesome!!!!!! When you get Halo, get your ass on-line! Download the Gamespy software...you have only received a tiny taste of Halo thus far....it gets much much better :D

Wait until you check out Multi-player with 16 Chief Commanders :D ~~~DROOOOOOOOOOOOL~~~~
