First magazine ad I have seen for Halo 2, looks pretty good. I can't wait to see the ad campaign in full force later this year!

Just got this magazine 2 days ago. Very sweet. I think they should put some ads in movie theaters where its like the non-LE cover, but the camera spins around as he stands up, in every direction burning vehicles and covanent corpses lay, all rambo style and stuff. That would be awesome

Arn't they supposed to be dealin' out a 2 billion dollar Ad campaign, I remember hearing about it in the press conference at E3, I just don't remember how much it was.

Bungie is being extremely smart for making this ad. This is all they need to get the average magazine reader/browser info about Halo 2. Someone who doesn't read forums everyday and doesn't follow the weekly updates forgot they were making Halo 2 a long time ago. They see this little two pager and say "Oh sweet, Halo 2 on Nov. 9th? I better go preorder real quick." Bungie's PR/Marketing team just needed the release date to start with the ads. Plus they prolly paid a bunch of money for two pages, but the preorders and traffic they'll recieve are well worth what they paid.

This is truely genius. Instead of showing a kickass action picture or something along those lines to get gamers hyped, Bungie is showing us that we have 5 months to get hyped for Halo 2. Brilliant.

I did that when the soul calibur II ads began comin out. There was one with a sword and a reflection of spawn in it...I cut that out and put it in my wall IMMEDIATLY!

anyways, i need this mag for the sole purpose of that ad...
