Frustrated

I'm really annoyed that there is no support for Xbox Live Alerts in MSN Messenger for Macintosh 4.0.

I am often on my Mac in another room while waiting for invites or for people to join a game I'm hosting. I miss them all the time because I have no good way to know when somebody wants to play.

Any suggestions for how to get around this while I wait for this feature to be added?

Is there any way for me to make my TV produce a noise or something when someone wants my attention?

Doesn't your Xbox Live dashboard make a little weird noise when stuff changes on your friends list. Every now and then, I just leave the Live dashboard up while I work on the PC, and when I heard something, I'd look over and see what changes where made in the little list of stuff monitored.
