Ok. First game I was the Raiders, can't remember who I was facing, I was playing on Rookie.

When the game started I was dazed by the graphics, really nice. Now with the gameplay, I believe it's alot better, more fluid to it and the players run better, not stiff completely.

There's really nothing bad to say about the game. I like the way the game plays, star players will stick out. I sticked Charles Woodson on Santana Moss the whole game and Moss only had 1 catch and Charles had 3 picks 2 returned for td's, then I faced the Packers in a game and Brett lit me up.

Madden isn't touching this and I don't feel like typing out alot, if you want..ask questions that way it'll be easier for me to describe certain parts of the game.

do the players seem like they have really low traction shoes if not iceskates on when they run? Can you like avoid 3 defenders pusuing you just buy rotating the analog stick in 360 degree circles?

my review:

Presentation is 100% amazing

Gameplay is inching towards madden. It seems like there are more amazing catches and interceptions (on both sides). I'll give you an example: about the third play into buying this game... I use all blitz on defence. The running back runs all the way through all my defence (more my fault then the computer). But this is where it gets stupid. After outpacing everyone and being 1 yard from the endzone with a db 1 yad and a half behind, he just drops the ball even though he had a firm grip and wasn't showing off. I recover the fumble. I have that repla saved just to relive teh sadness.

The computer gets sacked a lot more too it seems. Maybe one or two times too many per game.

Some pluses include:
- VIP which is indeed very cool
- increased limemen moves
- better FPF
- graphics
- presentation

mind you.... I've only played the game 3 times. All in all pro.

I would really like to know if it seems like the players are a little stiff as they run. They have been like that since 2k.

The players running isn't that bad. I'd say it looks pretty realistic. I enjoy the game so much I'm seriously thinking of not even picking up Madden.

oohhh I have a good one. Is it easier if not at all possible to actually play corner? You now user control? Cause in every football game I have ever played Madden ESPN what ever its been like impossible to play user controlled DB.

I suppose you could, never tried playing cb, I've only played lb and line. Difference is that with Madden the game is slower compared to ESPN.

I see, I usally play either the blitzing linebacker (if any) or the Right Defensive end.

In this game, i only play safety, and LB, the game is a little too fast to play CB so far, also, i want some responsibility when i play a position. Thats why i never touch the d-line.
