I'm sooo confused I only want to buy one football game this year, but they all look awesome! Normally I would get Madden, because it's pro-football and normally better than ESPN. But now NCAA has some new thing about the crowd making you nervous, which sounds fun. Also, ESPN got better scores the magazines I get. PLEASE HELP!!!

All you had to do is look at the threads and see what everyone is talkin about.. That would have ansewred your question there.. I had the college football game, and i was very disappointed in it. It went back the day espn dropped. For 20 dollars, its a steal. Mind you, it would have been the best 50 dollar football game out now. Gameplay is smooth online and off. Live aware, leagues, tournaments, VIP profiles. And the ESPN looks which makes you think that you are watchin a game at times. You have the crib mode which is 2 stories, phone call from celebs, who challenge you to matches, custom stadium sounds which you use your music you have saved to your HD, custom celebrations. And i wont even mention halftime, ill just say, no more photo clips. Its the deal of the year to me.

Both ESPN and NCAA are good games. Really depends on your level, College or Pro, I really like both of games and the cost to have them both is not much money. I would get them both you had budgeted 49.99 for at least one title and with ESPN at 19.99 spend the extra money and get both.
is it still super easy to run with certain backs in espn?
i got ncaa but now i cant decide whether to get espn or madden.
and what is this VIP stuff all about?

Oh no, the running game HAS BEEN TAMED... Some backs are good to break a few tackles, but the ricky factor is eliminated, i should know, i play with the dolphins. And my online stats, i only average 4.8 yds per rush. Against good defenders i probably wont even reach 100 yds(ask alboogy), and i really run the ball. To me, this game is the most realistic.. By far. While im on it. The franchise mode is sick.. the weekly prep is so fun, i couldnt run the ball the first few games(1-2), so i made ALL my linemen (during practice)hit the sleds for 2 days and str8 run blockin all week. When we hit the field against the j.e.t.s., they opened the holes so wide that ricky lake could have ran through, ricky had 100yds by halftime(my passing game still sux) and travis minor had 75 yds by the end of the game. It was a route, i beat them 41-0(now im 2-2). And i dont feel sorry for them, cuz i got bullyfooted by the bungles and the steelers two weeks st8.

Get ESPN. It is and will be the best game this year. Madden made no improvements in the graphics department just like NCAA didn't. ESPN's gameplay, graphics , online features and all else is top notch. It's worth $50.00 let alone 20. Get it and love it. We all do
