My passing game isnt this bad...

Ok, ESPN 2k5. Love the game but GODDAM do I throw a lot of interceptions! I swear these guys come charging across the field and do a no-looking over the head flying interception every 10th pass I throw! And I'm only on freaking pro mode! Anyone else been noticing that interceptions are much more plentiful than they were last year (both getting and giving)?

No not really, in the nfl, its more timing and reading than anything. Also, you must read coverage, Man, zone, and what type of zone it is.. If LB's are pickin you off, start takin a little off the ball, float it a little. You still have maximum passing, and lead receivers on the flag routes. Use the run to set up the pass, and play fake to hold the LB's, and sometimes the dumb a.s.s. safeties. Also, dont try the marquee cb's a lot, they arent superstars for their tacklin, trust me.

I think I only threw 2 (no more than 3) INT's in my 6 games I have played (which are all online games) in 2K5. Yo ninja, im the fins.. Ricky is still a beast(tamed this year), i still can truck yal w/o chargin up, and my mush game(stiff arm) is nothin to play with. Boston is a beast and chambers is chambers, ill be unstoppable in a week. Im not as good as last year, but im gettin better now(that ncaa got me a lil rusty). just gotta get used to the faster gameplay.. I just finished a game with four freaking INT's. It was teh ghey espescially since after the game I ran some drills in scrimmage against Team NFL on Legend difficulty and only threw 2 INT's in about 50 attempts.
