All I can say from those screenshots is: I'm glad I'm getting the PC version.

Can't believe everyone is so anal about graphics now =/ Id rather play something with better gameplay than something that only looks amazing.

I could run it on my PC, but id rather get this game on my XBox.

The mouse and keyboard are to run & Gun for me. Although I get tighter control, I don't feel as immersed in a PC game.

I have a feeling this game will be slow paced and suspenseful. Force feedback controller and 5.1 in a pitch black room should help heighten those sensations.

I would get Doom 3 and Half Life 2 on my PC but it just can't take it. And really it's the same game just with toned down graphics. Doesn't bother me at all really.

And if I saw those screenshots and no one had mentioned they were the Xbox Version I wouldn't have noticed at all.

I am with you JJaX - I will take a hit in graphics for Dolby Digital surround and the 51" big screen any day. I did it on Morrowind and I will definately do it on Doom3. I don't care how awesome your game looks on your PC's 19" monitor, you won't be able to get the same experience.

Speak for yourself. I'll enjoy Doom III next week in hidef resolutions with full DD 6.1 in a dark living room on a 110" screen.

They have improved the Xbox graphics quite a bit from the last batch of screenshots we got, but it is nothing compared to what the PC version and DX9 can do. You pay the premium in pc components but 1600x1200 with max settings sure is purty.

Yea, I guess you are the exception to the rule since you probably have a DVI output from your PC to the projector. I will be there this winter, but I will probably still stick with XBox so that my media center PC doesn't have to be a $4K hoss.

I just hope single player is dope and scary... after playing throught Rid**** my expectations of single player modes it a bit higher... I am willing to wait a bit longer as long as this game rocks.
