Ok mabey I stole this topic from another forum but that doesnt matter what do you usually have in your equipment.
I use:
Slot 1:famas
Slot 2:frag grenade
Slot 3:WP grenade(only in total conquest or when playing on hotel)
Slot 4:gas mask(only cause it goes with my d00 rag)

It all depends for me. I change my equipment for the map or what I intend to do on the map.

1. G3A3 or M4 or USAS-12
2. M203 RP
3. WP grenades or Breaching Charge set
4. Gas Mask or Flashbangs

That's pretty much what I'm usually going to carry or have been known to carry.
But like I said, I usually don't stick to one load out kit, I change according to what I intend to do on that map. I like to be well balanced for mass killing and clearing.
I'm not too concerned about tear gas so I usually save that slot for flashbangs. But, for TS or TC, I'll use a gas mask.

I am with TRIR. I just bring a pile of bandages to mend myself up before the next round. If I can ever figure out how you buggers are putting blanks in my gun I will be good to go.
