I enjoyed the co-op mode in it a lot more then single player, infact, I only played this game when I had a friend over.

I played with my brother. It's a lot of fun with a friend. I also really like Gladius(29.99 at EB), Deathrow(cheap, I don't know how much), and NHL Hotz 20-02(cheap again).

I think that there is a huge lack of Co-op games out there right now, but the big one that I am waiting for is Halo 2 ofcourse, but all of those other games are cheap too.

Wasn't very fun. I was Necromancer and friend was Paladin.

Maybe DnD Heroes spoiled me - Heroes was a lot better than this game. Heroes actually required skill and it was a lot more malleable. Dark Alliance is all pre-set, which isn't that entertaining. I think we beat it around 7 hours in 2 sittings.

Personally, I had more fun with Champs Of Norrath (PS2) and D&D Heroes. LotR: RotK wasn't really that good, IMO, gameplay was pretty good, but length, didn't warrant a purchase. It's way to short. Conflict Desert Storm is pretty fun stuff.

As for BG:DA I or II, you'll have a lot more fun playing with a buddy than by yourself.
