X-Men Legends

I'm really excited about this game. Certainly after the excitement of Fable is ALREADY waning after the criticism of the length in Fable.

I'm an X-men fan anyway and this may turn out to be similar to Baldur's Gate(on the PC). I hope it is good either way.

Anybody read any good reviews and are also looking forward to this?

I hear ya man. I am looking foward to this game as well, even more than Fable. If it is even 1/2 the game that Baldur's Gate was it will be fantastic.

You mean Baldurs Gate for PC or Xbox?

I used to be a big comic freak, so this one looks great. Hopefully its more like BG then Dungeon Seige. They say the story was written by ex-X-men comic writers so the story should be good.

Its about time we get a decent X-Men game. We've been waiting for a very long time.


ps don't discount Fable yet. There is no reason we can't enjoy both and it may not be what we expected, but a 9.3 game should still be tons of fun and all the reviews said you can get about 30 hours out of 1 play through if you do the extra stuff. Then there is doing it good and evil. Don't purchase good/evil standing just to see the alternative endings. Play it through from a different perspective and get the most out of it rather then taking the short cut and cheating yourself out of the experience.

In those reviews I see a lot of things you CAN do that will make the game very short and easy, but that doesn't mean people SHOULD do them if they want to get the most out of it.

All the other games Xmen have been in have been utter crap, Spider Man games barly scraped with me but every Xmen game has been chucked out of the window but anyhow Ill see what you guys say about it and get a reveiw from OXM.
