So this is the big site you've been working on. It's not too shabby, and I've learned a few tidbits of info. Well, your method of getting off the map in sidewinder seems a bit easier, but you can't shoot through invisible walls like you said. And with the speed of the tank, it would be a bit tough to get up there in multiplayer. Good luck in the future, and I'd recommend learning some HTML instead of the Homestead thingy.

We never said you could shoot through the walls, we just gave you a method of walking forward until you could tell where the walls were. And we would use HTML, but Homestaed looks just as good and it's cheaper. And most people will like the site better than you, because they don't have one of their own. And we get off the map all the time in multiplayer, all you have to do is have one player go for the tank and the other the ghost, it doesn't take more than a minute.

The only bad part about my method or yours and mine is that you have to drive the tank up there, which can sometimes be difficult since it is slow and a little rocket can easily stop it. Anyway, I did another neat trick. Instead of putting ghosts in that tree in Blood Gulch, I put a Warthog. It was pretty neato. And then I put every vehicle except one tank inside a base.

most people have pre-judges it because of its homestead address, its ok. I made it look like any other site, and Im a homestead user, so i decided id make it look better with homestead.

That slab of rock you can walk up on, and it doesnt reach it. Me and xboxman_1 tried forver to ramp a ghost of a tank, but without any luck. I think it is possible!

For the Feb. monthly challenge, i think I figured out how to do it. All you got to do it get the warthog up on the cliff behind the red base, and drive the warthog around the cliff until you reach the peak..and hop out and jump down behind the rock slab. I dont have any digital camera or anything like that, and I havent even tried, but I think it may work.

I'll look into making that movie. I'm currently reworking my website and adding more php support as I learn it. It may be a week or so before I get anything up.

I got the idea to put them up there from a pic I saw on a website (I don't remember where). It's the tree with little leaves on the ends, I think. With the ghost you just basically ramp off the hill next to it and land on it. And with the Warthog just launch it like how I put it onto the base.

I'm currently working on getting the tank off of the map in Sidewinder. I was able to get it onto the base in Blood Gulch by pushing one tank with the other. I've tried the same strategy but no luck so far in Sidewinder.

Ok, cool. Take your time, I dont care when you get it made, I'd just like to see who it's done.

ANd I tried everything to get a tank anywhere on any map, but was unsuccessful, EXCEPT inside the blood glutch base...I used the same "push" strategy and it works well. I'm currently working on getting a warthog on the cliffs in blood glutch. It can be dont but i have to do it myself...and then ill try the Feb strat at the Random Vector site...

Vehicles in multiplayer mode is definatley what makes Halo so good. Imagine if there were MORE maps with vehicles! but i'd glad there's only a few because this makes people like you and me look for nearly impossible places to go in those select few maps. :)
