My Xbox is a normal but limited offer addition and a normal control, I was just looking for ideas to smarten me Xbox up by listining to what yours looks like I have been looking at some skins but nothing has intrested me yet. anyhow post what your xbox looks like.

I have a nice Limited Edition Crystal Xbox and a launch Xbox that will soon be painted and designed to look like something like the picture that I have attached. My two Crystal Pads are normal, my Original Controler S has a white skin on it and my Green Controler S is at my friends house having some red LED's installed.

Damn I can't wait to get my Launch looking like this:

If you really want to impress you friends you should check out some case modding sites, I have one in mind but it relates with other things that are bad so I can't link it.

I've seen a giant pacman and three ghosts completely lit up on a Xbox, as well as other extremely cool things like a completely new glass case which I want myself.

I've got the limited Halo green translucent Xbox that came with a translucent green S-type. I have a Japanese import S-type, a US-S-type (the difference between the two are button appearances and jewel appearances) and an Intec Micro-programmable S.

My first run launch Xbox has a limited edition XBA skin on it that I got when I was on staff here. I also installed a hard drive activity LED (green) in the triangle above the eject button and soldering the LED points directly to the IDE pins on the hard drive with lengths of thin wire. I also removed the jewel and polished the paint off it leaving the silver Xbox logo intact. I cut a circle out of the Xbox lid beneath the jewel leaving a 1 centimeter lip to remount the jewel. I dismantled a 80mm red cold cathode tube CPU fan and installed the red tube light under the Xbox lid over the hole for the jewel (on the underside, glued to the lip I dremeled out.)
The light transformer unit fits behind the DVDROM bracket and the power molex is piggy backed to the connector of the DVD.
I took a dremel and shaved off the top corners of the fan unit, removed the Xbox case fan and replaced the fan with my custom fan. Had to make some dremeled slots and used a little super glue to make it work. Lastly I replaced the IDE cable with a ATA Ultra 133 cable I had laying around, though I had to fold it into corners to make it fit.

The last project 2 projects I never got to do before I gave that Xbox to my cousin was removing the CPU and putting Artic silver on the bottom of it and reinstalling it.
And I never got around to install LED's on each of the controller's USB connectors, though I might still do that with my current Xbox.

I did all the mods myself... Including the paint! I would say for all the "case" mods it cost me about $40 and about 8hrs worth of work....

This just in..
I called my cousin to email me some pictures of my Xbox so I can show it off here.
He informed me that it fell off the table and landed upside down the other day.
The jewel is cracked in half, and the light doesn't work.
Everything else works though.

Oh yes, I'm hella mad now. But I guess it's OK, I still have my good-box, and I don't plan to do anything to it.

The flame xbox was friggen sweet, I am not into modding but I might a buy a skin anyone know where I can get me grubby hands on some? everyone elses xbox sounds sweet apart from the last one witch sounds just like mine. yeh anyhow where can I get some skins?

I have a normal S-controller and a green S-controller which I got from my friend's green Xbox. However, I hate S-Controllers so I'm going to buy a normal one and I have a silver skin waiting for it.

I wouldn't, if I were you. If it comes with a magazine it is undoubtably cheap and will ware in a matter of time. But if it's from a professional place then go for it. :)

What about that thing that lights up on top of the xbox how do you do that? I really want get my Xbox spoosed up to match my room witch is blue so I am going for a Blaskish Shadow kinda one or a BLueish kinda skin if I can get one, I want my xbox to light up !!!! how do you do it?!??!?
