Has anyone actually collected any rent? I selected to rent out the buildings but have yet to collect any rent. Do I need to find a tenant or something? Help

when I rented mine, I didnt know what to do either, eventually someone will live in it, the door will now be open. When its time to collect your rent, it will tell you when you enter/teleport the town, it will be in bags infront the of the house

No but it just seems short.. I figured maybe 30 days and then you can age or something

Everytime you level a skill you will notice a change in your age. I think it stops at 64 or somewhere around there, Good thing is i dont think you lose any of your speed or how attractive you are.

No fear, it isn't that we should have to play 36 years to be 36 -- it's the fact that it says 6 game days instead of -- 12 years and 6 months and 24 days like it should. Rapid, sure -- but more accurate as for as time goes.

Destro when you buy the building you should see Two signs... One is to buy it, and one is the rent it out after you buy the building... Like said above over time someone will live in it and you will collect rent.. Now the catch is, the only way to collect the rent is to go back into the town you are renting the house at.... Then right when u get in it will say you have rent to collect and add to your bank account...

I had the same aging problem, it is probably because you are using magic, it speeds you up a lot. You can go ahead and kill everyone in a house or buisness and buy it to rent out, if its a buisness and rent it out someone else will come to sell stuff for you. Now I'm getting rent, just wait for the door to open like someone said.

Im not sure if the door being open is nesecarry, but for me, when I didnt get rent income it was closed, once I started getting money outside the house, the house door was open

I'm not *sure* either, but when I noticed the door was open is when I first started getting the rent money by the sign.
