How many total quests?

So far i've completed 15....

Does anyone know the total amount of quests including both Main and side quests?

Ive got 9 core quest complete and 6 side quest complete.... and i know there is still so much more i can do with my character... as i go through the game im starting to notice as you go back to places you've been before there are sometimes new people that open up new side quests... One for example was the boxing ring in bowerstone after talking to some wierd looking dude with a mohawk :watchout:
