sword in stone

okay, so what's the deal with the sword in the stone, i maxed out my physique(level 7) and I still can't pull it out, do you have to max out ALL your strength levels or is there something that i'm missing?

Must be renown, then. I pulled it out with max Phys and Toughness and level 7 health. Doubt those mattered because only Phys. should logically be necessary.

You have to max out everything in thephysical category. If you listen to the jokers standing around the sword they'll tell you. "Come back when you are healthier" or "Need to be tougher than that" etc.

Dude it got me so mad I got the sword that you get at the end of the game but I still want the Damn sword in the stone.

Dude i bet you have elixir of life and the other one for strength, i forget the name of it, just read what they say in your inventory.. Use them all because it will max out your health and strength, then you should be able to pull out the sword.... ;)

ahh, i killed them all the first time i tried and they laughed at me.... guess i should've listened to them, thanks though.. i figured that's what it was, ah well soon enough i will have it.

i pulled the sword out today, after i maxed all my strength skills out. it's pretty sweet i guess, and i killed all those ***gots for laughing at me the first time. it went something like this:

Pretty sure you need maxed toughness and physique. That's what I had when I pulled it out. Heath was level 6 I believe. Perhaps it adds up all your physical levels to determine if you can pull it out or not.

i got it after i maxed out all my physical levels, it's pretty decent.

yeah, just got it out too, its pretty cool, it does around 300 damage and with a flourish it can get up to 900

i think the sword of aeons is much stronger than that... it gives me imortality which no other sword has in the game..
